WoodFuels Complete Energy Source Solution

Diagram: The life cycle of wood pellets. To ensure the highest quality and reliability of our premium wood pellets, WoodFuels has invested its capital to vertically integrate our business. We have secured long-term contract sources of whole-log raw material, we operate our own pellet manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S., we manage our own delivery systems by rail, truck and barge, and we facilitate operation and maintenance of the Green Energy Systems at each customer's facility.

Step 1 Our process begins with our long-term log supply, secured from local forests that engage in sustainable forestry practices. This not only ensures a reliable supply of raw material for our customers; it's also part of our commitment to carbon-neutral renewable energy.
Step 2 Once the fiber has been harvested, it is brought to WoodFuels' dedicated manufacturing facilities for conversion into ultra-low emission wood pellets. Our advanced manufacturing process is designed to incorporate the latest technologies in the industry.
WoodFuels does not use any landfill sourced biomass or construction debris. Its pellets are manufactured additive-free from whole logs, to ensure the cleanest finished pellet product possible.
Step 3 WoodFuels ships our pellets to customer's locations via rail, barge, and in company-owned, specially designed transport vehicles. For Heat Energy Customers, the resulting energy is used to provide metered heating and hot water, using only the most advanced and efficient wood pellet boilers available in the industry. For our Steam and Utility Customers, we ensure a rapid integration with existing systems.
From forest, to pellet manufacturing plant, to each customer's facility, the entire conversion process is contained within roughly a 200 mile radius, creating a truly community-based energy service. Our process supports substantial local economic development through job creation at the facility level as well as sustaining and increasing the number of jobs within the local logging and sustainable forestry industry.

Most beneficially, this program eliminates dependence on foreign energy sources and reduces CO2 emissions while utilizing local resources, increasing local employment, and contributing to long-term local economic growth.
